Position Description:
Assembler position works daily in the door production operation group. Works with the line lead of their department to build the units on the schedule each day. Learn and develop skills in all production departments through cross-training. Follow Standard Operating Procedures for the construction of each unit. Works with team to maintain a clean, safe working environment.

TRUCK DRIVER CLASS A CDL– (Memphis, TN)

Position Description:
- Transporting finished goods and raw materials to our retail and distribution customers
- Inspect truck daily before leaving yard for mechanical and/or safety issues, complete daily inspection reports and make sure load is properly secured.
- Able to pull product to the back of truck for unloading process at each stop
- Comply with driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as company policies and procedures.
- Maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions including backing up tractor/trailer to dock.
- Comply with DOT and Company policies
- Communicate with supervisor reporting any delays, defects, etc. prior to leaving customer’s yard
Requirements/Experience
- Able to lift and carry 50-75 lbs.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- At least 1 years driving experience
- Extensive knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Valid CDL Class A driver’s license
- Ability to drive automatic tractor
- Pass background, drug screen and physical
- Able to communicate a plan to various groups
- Able to deal with complications in a professional manner

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Enter orders, assist customers.
- Answer inbound calls from customers, OSR’s and vendors.
- Create customer quotes.
- Coordinate production and delivery dates for all orders.
- Work with walk-in customers.
- Create Special Order quotes and Purchase Orders.
- Support the Outside sales team.
- Promote the use of our online quoting tool, Dyke Edge.
Qualifications
- Proficient with Excel and operating computer systems
- 2-5 years experience in millwork/building products/windows
- Detail oriented – capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
- Well spoken and able to communicate with customers.
- Team player.
